Who are your brand evangelists?

Brand evangelists?  What is that?!?!

Basically it’s your happiest yet most vocal customer.  They absolutely love you.  They also like to blog and talk on social media.  They are the ones who are speaking about you and recommending you to anyone they know (or who reads their posts or blogs.)

So why should you pay attention to them?

Your most vocal customers should be kept happy.  Not only should they be kept happy, but they should be rewarded for referring people to your site.

So give them a discount on their next purchase.  Give them an upgrade the next time they buy from you.  Or even simply tell them ‘thanks!’  You’d be amazed at how far it will get you.

Contact us and we’ll help you find your brand evangelist or help you find some!
